Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 2-3 days to process your order. Expect an email within 2-10 days to let you know your order is on the way!

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "Continue to shipping" button. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Under the Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act of 2015, imported orders with goods valued over $800 per person per day may be subjected to additional taxes upon shipment. These taxes are the responsibility of the retailer and not 2Ps Studios.

Shipping times vary from country to country, so please expect 5-30 days for shipping time. This does not include the 2-3 days to process your order.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@2PsStudios.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
